Chief Executive Officer - Badotherm (HQ)
Patrick has a Bachelor in Business Engineering in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, and graduated in 2002 with a Master in Business Administration at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Patrick started his career at Badotherm in the factory in Romania where he reorganized the Romanian production facility. In 2004 he joined the local management team as Organisation Director. After living in Romania for several years he returned to the Netherlands to join the management team in Badotherm HQ. In 2006 he succeeded his father Peter as Managing Director of Badotherm and in this role he is responsible for all global operations.
Operations & Technology Director – Badotherm (HQ)
Robert has a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering and a Master in Industrial Engineering and Management at the University of Twente, the Netherlands. With specific knowledge in the field of innovation and lean manufacturing he started as Production Manager in Badotherm Holland in 2006. In 2010 Robert became the second member of the third generation to join the management team as Operations & technology Director. In this role he ensures that all global production and service facilities operate at the desired technical level.
Technical Director - Badotherm Romania
Mihael has an engineering degree from the Gheorge Asachi Technical University of Iasi, Romania, where he graduated in 1994. Directly after his University he joined Badotherm-AMC as an engineer at the mechanical lathe department. In 1997 he became CNC programming engineer and part of the team to upgrade the CNC department and in 2000 he became manager of the CNC department. Mihael entered the board in 2002 as Technical Director and is responsible for the design process and manufacturing development in the Romanian factory.
Managing Director - Badotherm Romania
Irina has a management degree from the University of Bucharest, Romania, where she graduated in 2001. After 4 years of working as an account manager in Bucharest, she returned to Vaslui and joined Badotherm-AMC in 2005 as assistant to the Managing Director. In 2008 she became Organisation Director and was responsible for logistics, warehousing, and purchase. In 2009 she became managing director of the Romanian Badotherm factory.
Managing director - Badotherm Middle East
After graduating his Bachelor of Industrial Engineering in Bangalore, India, Gaurav joined the family business of Bliss Anand in 1996. In 2004, he moved to Dubai to open Bliss Anand Middle East. In 2005, he opened the joint venture company Badotherm Middle East as a diaphragm seal filling facility. Gaurav is known for his very positive attitude and very constructive support to his customers and partners. As such, he has developed a very strong network in his region.
Managing director - Badotherm Americas & India
After graduating from university with a degree in Electronics, in Mumbai, India, Kunal joined the family company Bliss Anand in Delhi. In 1999 Kunal stayed in the Netherlands for 3 months to acquire in-depth knowledge on running a seal filling facility. He started as production manager when the joint venture company Badotherm India was established in 1999 and became managing director in 2005. In 2012 Kunal moved to Houston, USA to open Bliss Anand Americas and as per April 2013 he is Managing Director of Badotherm Americas. Also, recently Kunal finalised his MBA at Harvard University, Cambridge, USA.
Managing director - Badotherm Far East
Akhil has Master’s degrees in Engineering and Management as well in Computer Science & Technology. Having solid experience in process control instrumentation, oil and gas/petrochemical & fertilizer plant processes, project planning and implementation, he started his own company Brasten in 1991. Soon he started in 1992 as a distributor for Badotherm products and was awarded by Badotherm - best innovative sales in Southeast Asia in 1993. In 2005, he established the joint venture company Badotherm Far East. Akhil has a long experience with diaphragm seals technology and he runs the diaphragm seal facility since 2005. His energy and enthusiasm as well as his strong experience and product knowledge are much appreciated in the market place.
Business development director – Badotherm (HQ)
After completing his History degree at the university of Gent, Belgium, Rudi joined Econosto in 1986 where he started his career in process instrumentation. In 1989 he was one of the first employees to start at Senpro Belgium, the diaphragm seal manufacturer. Later, Senpro was acquired by Emerson Rosemount in 1996. Rudi left Emerson and joined Badotherm in 2000. Rudi is one of few truly specialists in diaphragm seal technology in the world. With his vast (application) experience for diaphragm seals he supports all the offices globally, both technically and commercially for the large projects.
Sales & Marketing director - Badotherm (HQ)
Sander holds a Master in Economics and Business Management, graduated in 2000 at the Erasmus University Rotterdam, the Netherlands. After 4 years of international management consulting at Deloitte Consulting, he joined Badotherm in 2004 to assist the management team to further built and expand on the strengths of Badotherm. As Sales & Marketing director, Sander stays in close touch with Badotherm customer’s base and sets out the marketing strategy to make Badotherm the preferred partner for diaphragm seals solutions for transmitter manufacturers as well as end-users.
Organisation & IT Director - Badotherm (HQ)
Simon started his career at Badotherm in 1990 at the IT department. In 1995 he became assistant to the managing director and responsible for production costing and quality. In 2008 Simon joined the management team as Organisation & IT Director. In this role he is responsible for optimising the internal organisation processes and supply chain, and for our global ERP system and IT infrastructure.
